No. They go through your store exactly as a shopping agent would — search, choose, add to cart, reach checkout — and stop before any payment. No order is ever placed.
What are personal AI assistants, and why do they matter?
Assistants like Meta's Muse and xAI's Grok act for their users: they search, compare and buy. When one of them shops on your store, it reads your pages very differently from a person — and a detail a person skims past can make it leave.
Is this Muse or Grok shopping my store?
No. We run three independent agents built on Claude (Anthropic), OpenAI and Gemini (Google) models, briefed to shop the way personal assistants do. Cromanion is not affiliated with Meta, xAI or any assistant vendor.
Does it affect my analytics?
Our agents identify themselves, and Cromanion excludes their visits from your data. In other analytics tools they may appear as a few extra sessions.
What do I need to do?
